Welcome to Nordix Tours. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. General Information

Nordix Tours is a travel company based in Iceland, offering private tours, transfers, and custom travel experiences.
All services provided are subject to Icelandic law.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways.

  • Prices are shown in Icelandic króna (ISK) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date may be subject to partial or no refund.

  • In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Nordix Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour.
    If we cancel, a full refund will be issued.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have valid travel and health insurance covering personal accidents, cancellations, and property loss.

5. Responsibility and Liability

  • Nordix Tours is not responsible for delays, injuries, or losses caused by natural events, weather, or third-party services.

  • Guests are responsible for following safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.

  • Participation in all tours is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Personal Data

We handle all customer data according to our Privacy Policy.
By booking with us, you consent to the processing of your personal information for booking and service purposes.

7. Complaints

Any complaints should be sent to info@nordixtours.is within 7 days after the service date.
We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Iceland.
Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Icelandic law and handled by the Reykjavík District Court.
